Shipping Policy — KOKOLOGY

At KOKOLOGY, we are committed to delivering your ritual with care and efficiency. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.


Section 1 — Order Fulfillment

Every order involves two lead times: fulfillment and transit.

Fulfillment includes importing your order, packaging, and preparing it for carrier pickup. KOKOLOGY fulfills orders within 2 business days of receipt. For example, an order placed Monday will be ready for pickup by Wednesday; an order placed Friday will be ready by Tuesday of the following week. Under exceptional circumstances — including high order volume, staffing shortages, or technical issues — this timeline may be extended.

Estimated transit times once your order leaves our fulfillment centre:

  • USPS (US only): 3–7 business days
  • UPS Ground (US only): 3–5 business days
  • UPS Worldwide (Canada & International): 10–14 business days

Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, holidays, or other logistical factors.

Combined estimated delivery times (fulfillment + transit):

  • USPS (US only): 5–9 business days
  • UPS Ground (US only): 5–7 business days
  • UPS Worldwide (Canada & International): 12–16 business days

Section 2 — Fulfillment Centre

Our fulfillment centre is located at: 1615 Lakes Pkwy, Suite C, Lawrenceville, GA 30043, USA

Orders are fulfilled Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM EST, excluding the following US federal holidays: New Year's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

The fulfillment cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST for orders under 20 units. Carrier delivery occurs Monday–Saturday via USPS and UPS.


Section 3 — Where We Ship

KOKOLOGY ships domestically within the United States and internationally, including Canada. For international orders, it is the buyer's responsibility to verify current import guidelines, duties, and taxes applicable in their country. KOKOLOGY is not financially responsible for any import fees, duties, or taxes applied by the destination country.

Note: All international shipments via DHL Express require a customer email address and phone number for carrier notifications.


Section 4 — Shipping Carriers

  • US Domestic: UPS Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority
  • Canada & International: UPS Worldwide

Your preferred carrier may be selected at checkout or assigned by KOKOLOGY based on your order.


Section 5 — Order Tracking

Once your order is received, a shipping label is created as part of our fulfillment process. You will receive an automated email with your tracking information once the label is generated. Tracking updates are managed directly by the carrier and not by KOKOLOGY.

We make every effort to ship all items in a single package. If your order exceeds our largest box size (20×12×12 inches), it may be split into multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers.

For Canadian and international orders, customs processing may delay delivery by up to 6 weeks in rare cases. KOKOLOGY has no control over customs delays and assumes no financial or logistical responsibility for duties, taxes, or fees assessed at the time of import.
