At KOKOLOGY, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We stand behind the quality of our products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Refunds
If within 30 days of use you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our support team at support@kokology.ca. Upon approval, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within seven business days. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to reflect the credit. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Subscriptions
If you are on a monthly subscription and wish to discontinue, you are responsible for making changes or cancelling prior to your next order date. Our team is happy to assist if you need guidance.
Exchanges
To qualify for an exchange, the following criteria must be met:
- The product is defective
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product is unused
All returns are inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to decline an exchange if these conditions are not met. Perishable goods are not eligible for return.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any exchange.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange. Sale and clearance items are final sale.
Returning an Item
Please contact us before sending any items back. Returns may be mailed to our fulfillment centre at 1615 Lakes Pkwy, Suite C, Lawrenceville, GA 30043. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure items are securely packaged — KOKOLOGY is not responsible for items damaged in transit.
