Subscriptions

Select products are available on a subscription basis with automatic renewal at your chosen frequency. You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account under Manage Subscription, or by contacting support@kokology.ca. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled order date.

One-Time Orders

Unfulfilled orders may be cancelled by contacting support@kokology.ca. Orders already fulfilled or shipped cannot be cancelled.

As our products are fulfilled by a third-party logistics partner, cancellation requests are subject to fulfillment status at the time of the request. We will make every effort to accommodate cancellations before an order enters the fulfillment process.

Approved cancellations are refunded within 7 business days. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
